Shipping

Packages are sent by United States Post Office Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or USPS International Shipping for non-domestic orders.

LaLa Land will typically ship your order within 2-3 business days, pending full/correct order completion and payment confirmation. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  You may be responsible for a Customs Charge based on the value of your order, dependent on the destination country. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please double check your shipping and billing addresses. LaLa Land is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses applied to orders. Customer will be responsible for replacement shipping in the event of a returned shipment to LaLa Land due to error in entry on account. 

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns. Clearance and second quality items cannot be returned or refunded at any time.

Returned merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by the invoice/packing slip. We strongly suggest trying on and gently moving in your item(s) to ensure they fit before you use it for a class and/or sweat in it.

Unworn items are in new condition with original tags. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received. 

We'll also accept the return of damanged/defective or incorrect merchandise. Please send a photo with the damage/ error so we can assess. 

Damaged/defective items have a manufacturer's defect or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear. Upon receipt of damaged/defective merchandise by LaLa Land, a replacement may be sent.

Incorrect items are different (size, color, or style) from what you ordered.

Returns for refund are NOT accepted on Sale or Clearance section items unless the item is damaged or defective. We will gladly honor exchanges on sale or clearance items, or you can return for store credit.

Please note all refunds and returns or items purchased through a retail outlet other than via lalalandcomfywear.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.

Return Packaging

When you send an item to us, please include the invoice/packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning and write in the reason for return. If you no longer have the invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are returning, and why. Keep a copy for your records. 

We do not pay for shipping charges on return or exchange postage. We recommend that all returns be sent with tracking information. LaLa Land is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed and up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The original credit card used for the order will be credited.

Exchanges

Requests for exchanges are made on a case by case basis. Please contact Angelica at 267-216-7751 for information.

Items reserved for an intended exchange will only be held for 5 business days. Please be prompt in paying shipping invoices for exchange items. Shipping not paid within 5 business days of your processed exchange will result in forfeiture of your purchase without the opportunity for refund.
